Shipping charges are free for commission products over $100.
A Shipping charge of $14 is added to all commissions of $50 and under.
Processing Time
All Scratchpost Studio orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you can expect the following delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping: 7-21 business days

Order Tracking
Once your Scratchpost Studio order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
